1. Eligibility for Return

You may request a return under the following conditions:

  1. Product received is damaged or broken
  2. Wrong product has been delivered
  3. Product is expired at the time of delivery

To be eligible, the return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

2. Conditions for Return

To successfully process a return, the product must meet the following criteria:

  1. Product must be unused and unopened
  2. Must be in original packaging
  3. All labels, seals, and tags should be intact
  4. Invoice or proof of purchase must be provided

3. Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

  1. Used or partially consumed products
  2. Products returned without original packaging
  3. Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
  4. Orders placed incorrectly by the customer
  5. Perishable or hygiene-sensitive items (if applicable)

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Provide order details and clear images/videos of the product
  3. Our team will verify the request
  4. If approved, return instructions will be shared

5. Reverse Pickup / Self-Shipping

  1. In eligible cases, we may arrange a reverse pickup
  2. If reverse pickup is not available, the customer may be required to self-ship the product

6. Refund After Return

  1. Refund will be processed after the returned product is received and inspected
  2. Refund timeline: 5–7 working days
  3. Refund will be issued via original payment method or bank transfer (for COD orders)

PetMeds India deals with products intended for animal use. Returns are not applicable for:

  1. Lack of product effectiveness
  2. Self-medication without veterinary consultation
