At PetMeds India, we aim to provide a smooth and transparent shopping experience. This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which orders can be cancelled.

1. Order Cancellation by Customer

Customers can cancel their order under the following conditions:

  1. Order can be cancelled before it is dispatched
  2. Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not allowed

To request cancellation, customers must contact us immediately after placing the order.

2. How to Cancel an Order

To cancel your order:

  1. Contact our support team as soon as possible
  2. Share your order details (Order ID / Phone Number)
  3. Our team will confirm the cancellation status

3. Cancellation After Dispatch

  1. Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled
  2. In such cases, customers may refer to our Return Policy (if applicable)

4. Refund for Cancelled Orders

  1. If the order is successfully cancelled before dispatch, a full refund will be processed
  2. Refund will be initiated within 5ā€“7 working days
  3. Refund will be credited to the original payment method

For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI.

5. Cancellation by PetMeds India

PetMeds India reserves the right to cancel orders under the following circumstances:

  1. Product is out of stock
  2. Incorrect pricing due to technical error
  3. Incomplete or incorrect customer information
  4. Suspected fraudulent transaction

In such cases, customers will be informed and a full refund will be issued.

6. Important Notes

  1. Cancellation requests must be made as early as possible
  2. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled under any circumstances
  3. Customers are advised to review their order carefully before placing it
