1. Eligibility for Refund
Refunds are applicable only under the following conditions:
- Product received is damaged or broken
- Product delivered is incorrect (wrong item)
- Product is expired at the time of delivery
To be eligible, customers must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be applicable in the following cases:
- Product has been used or consumed
- Wrong product ordered by the customer
- Minor packaging damage that does not affect the product
- Delay in delivery due to courier or external factors
- Change of mind after purchase
3. Refund Process
To initiate a refund:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Share order details along with proof (images/video of product)
- Our team will review and verify the request
- Once approved, refund will be processed
4. Refund Timeline
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after approval
- The amount will be credited via the original payment method
- For COD orders, refund may be processed via bank transfer or UPI
5. Return Requirement
In some cases, customers may be required to return the product:
- Product must be unused
- Must be in original packaging
- All labels and seals should be intact
6. Cancellation Refunds
- If an order is cancelled before dispatch, a full refund will be issued
- Refund will be processed within 5–7 working days
7. Important Disclaimer
PetMeds India sells products intended for animal use. Refunds are not applicable for:
- Improper usage of products
- Lack of desired results
- Self-medication without veterinary consultation
